Frequently out of items listed on their menu. Will have items on the drive-thru menu that you can't order until the following... week or only available thru the app. Use all kinds of toxic ingredients in their food which just seems so unnecessary. Googleit. Sometimes you still just want Taco Bell anyway. I give them that. Read more

Asked for no tomatoes no sour cream and got no lettuce was suppose to be chicken got beef! This isn't the first time they have... messed up an order of mine! They need to teach they staff customer service hello please thank you for a long way! Read more

Outstanding customer service !! Usually the staff there is really friendly however tonight we had an exceptional and noteworthy... item. My girlfriend placed an order and got to the window .. They asked her name and checked the bag so she really didn?t andcame home missing a quesadilla. She called in and the GM Mandi actually offered to deliver it to our home since she was on herway out so essentially took her own personal time to see we got the quesadilla and threw in a few gratuitous cinnamon twists aswell. I have to say Mandy at the TB on Hillcreast Rd in Dubuque, IA went above and beyond tonight. I went through the drive through... and they were busy. I had a pretty large order and they forgot my quesadilla. I called and she answered, when I told her whathappened she offered to drop it off and she did! People don?t do stuff like that anymore. Tried to walk in to order, door still locked for lobby (I assume because of Covid?) went to drive thru and sat in line for 30... mins just to get to the order area to be told they had no beef!!! It was about 6pm during the week last week I went. Out ofbeef?! We left. And wasted nearly 30 mins for nothing. Get your ordering figured out and OPEN YOUR LOBBY! We saw multiple peopletrying to go in that night (drive thru line was awful because of no restaurant being open!) Disgraceful representation of anational chain. Must get new management! Read more

will never go to this taco bell again was there about 11:45 pm on Thursday June 9th. ordered a beef chalupa. total was 4.38.... gave the cashier 5.38. so she gives me my bag but no change. I said where's my dollar. she said is it in the bag. . it's not. she says are you sure. again.i look. nope then she said . well I'll have to get my manager do you want me to? or maybe itfell under your car. opened the door. didn't see it. when I was cashiering we were taught to give the change back first. so Ijust paid an extra dollar for a chalupa. and it wasn't even good. what has happened to customer service. by the way. You go at a regular time like for lunch or dinner, okay fine. Breakfast? Nah. What?s the point of serving breakfast if y?all... don?t open until like 10? Drove in Tuesday at 9:40.
