I pulled in to the drive-through at Taco Bell and there was one car already waiting to order. After 10 minutes we were both... still sitting there with 3 more cars behind me. Finally the car behind me left then I backed up and pulled into a parking spotto go in the store. The door was locked but there were people behind the counter who just looked at me. Best Taco Bell I've visited. I was traveling and it was very late at night and this place has served the best food with all the... customization requested and fulfilled everything as expected. The person at drive through made sure the order was right andseemed enjoying what he was doing. I wish other locations keep up like this one. Read more
Rude, poor managing experience, she would rather sit there and argue about how she is refusing to place orders for doordash and... myself. Was able to explain exactly how to do what she said she didn't know how to do, but instead of learning how to do it soshe doesn't have to lose the company more money she just say there arguing. Didn't even get food for myself, had to argue withan under trained manager with a short temper and attention span. Seems to be the new normal for taco bell these days... Read more
It was 10:30pm after a concert. I went to the drive up on a motorcycle. I ordered 3 hard shell and 3 soft shell tacos and tossed... them in my saddle bag. The drive home is 6 minutes. The soft shells survived just fine but the hard ones were as soft as thesoft shells.... So I got six soft shells. Certainly will not win any culinary awards but given the time and the delay until Icould eat them..... They were ok. Read more
Says they are open till 1 am but they aren't. They have a paper sign that says they close at 11 on their speaker. I get there at... like 10:30 and there is a car in front of me the lady that takes the orders is outside smoking. She finally goes in and takesthe car in front order and then I put up by that point it's like 10:38, and she just said that was my last order for the nightyou can leave. Very unprofessional and rude. I get it if you need to modify your hours but if you modify with just a sign youneed to stay open till at least then. Read more
We are from out of town and we came through the drive-thru for lunch. The assistant manager was taking orders and was very rude... while we were trying to order, asking if we were ready when trying to decide, we then were shortened a taco, when I went to goin and get the item that was missing, there was inappropriate music playing in the background and the employees were fightingwhile customers are standing in the lobby. I asked about a manager and retrieved an attitude once again from the assistantmanger when trying to ask for a managers number or corporate office for my complaints. We will not be returning. Tried to go to Taco bell but could not as the dining room was closed. However the Burger King next door was excellent. I would... recommend the wonderful chicken sandwiches from burger king next door as their dining room is open. Next time please don'twaste my time. Read more
Generic fast food place, nothing special. Nacho fries were over flavored though, won't miss them when they disappear again.
