Short on staff when we were there so there was delays but the staff that was there was very polite and helpful. Food was also... good. Pizza was good. Steak was really good. Def would stop by again if we stay at the Grand Harbor Hotel. One bonus of thisrestaurant is that has outdoor dinning that faces the Mississippi River with great views! Read more
We were seated at the same time as another family with us. They ate and left before we got our food. I wanted another drink but... the waitress never came back. I went to the bar to get one, but the bartender ignored me for 5 minutes even though there wasonly 6 people sitting there. I just went back to my table. Read more
Food and drinks were quite good, had a good time overall. Only issue I ran into was when it came to the bill. We had asked the... waitress to split our checks, which she did do, but then I had asked her to split my main dish and dessert dish between me andone of my coworkers because we shared. She did not do this, but I didn't want to be a Karen about it so I just paid for themboth. Next time I'll be more clear I guess. Read more

I?m gonna say I had a good experience here. The plate I ordered was good. I had full rack of ribs with sweet potato fries. At... first I thought the fries would be soft, but turned out crispy with a great new flavor I never had on sweet potato fries. Theribs were so big I took home half for later in the week. They were fall off the bone with good taste. We sat outside and it wasa pretty view towards the river. Read more

Very happy with our experience here. Dubuque is having a city-wide pandemic related crisis with staffing, etc. We were really... having a tough time finding restaurants to accommodate us. Since we were staying at the hotel, it made sense to make somereservations. We were NOT disappointed. The food was perfect. The service was spot on, during a busy dinner time, with agroup of 10 people. The server was very friendly with our kids. Probably the best dining experience we had this particularweekend! Read more
Great food, just like many of the other Tony Roma's. Now this location gets extra stars for location! It is located on the 2nd... floor of the hotel, and you can ask to sit outside on the patio which is on the river... Great drinks and even though everyonein the country is short staffed, the workers here handled everything quite well. The space is a bit old & tattered. Just a lotof little things... The salt & pepper shakers have bent lids. A light bulb is out in the hanging fixture near the patio door.One of the paper light shades centered over a table is ripped. Flatware is of nice quality but two different patterns that wenoticed. Plastic disposable salt and pepper shakers on the tables to the side of the bar where you can peek thru the windows andlook into the big water park. And a paneled column has some dings in it right at eye level. Now, all that said, Tony Roma'sstill gets 5 stars! The prices are reasonable, the portions are nice, the food is amazing, the presentation is good, the serviceis friendly yet professional, and this location is the selling point. On the river, inside the hotel, across the parking lotfrom a casino, across 2 parking lots to the museum and aquarium, and next door to a massive indoor water park! Read more
