We were shorted a double cheeseburger in the drive through line but didn?t discover it until we were home about ten miles away.... I called, and the person I talked to asked if we wanted to come back and get it or if we would prefer a coupon for a free meal.We opted for the coupon (who wants to drive 10 miles out of their way to pick up a cheeseburger?). He asked for my address andsaid that he would send it. The coupon never arrived, so I called a second time to report. The manager said she would send itout right then, taking my address once more. A week later, still no coupon. I?m trying to decide if I want to call again and bea nagging nuisance until I get the coupon or let it go with this poor review. Either way, we will not visit this Wendy?s again. UPDATE: I?m happy to report and thankful that I received the coupon today. I would add one star to my review. Read more
Absolutely worst experience I've had with fast food yet.. I work doordash. Had to come back through 3 times to get the order... right. Had to tell them everything that was missing, which was MORE than HALF the order! Absolutley RIDICULOUS they WEREN'T EVENBUSY! Read more
After multiple times of coming and getting a simple meal. Chicken nuggets and french fries. I always ask for ranch and barbecue,... and yet it seems to be very hard to look up at the screen and read the order. We had a quick easy stop on our way home from visiting family in another state Not only did we have great service but the nicest... smiles on all of the faces who were working behind the counter Great prep job of my bacon cheeseburger and they served me freshhot french fries.
