We loved the food and ambiance… but the reason for my post is our server. We stopped by hot and sweaty killing time for our... room to be ready. Liz’s shift was obviously ending (even though she never said). Liz went above and beyond and was such aprofessional… she suggested amazing locals beers, best on the menu and even sold us on coming back with our fresh catch (whichwill be tonight). We pack our patience and kindness these days as we know the struggles of staffing shortages and over extendedemployees… but a staff member that shines should be noted. Thank you again Liz! Such fresh and delicious food! We moved to Miami from Southern California and have missed some of the fresh dining we had... readily available and this made me feel like we could have a taste of home! Delicious salads and the Coconut Shrimp appetizer. Read more
We stayed at Hawks Cay for our family Vaca and decided to stop by here and get some food, the whole menu was amazing looking.... But we got the catch of the day which was the grouper tacos which was PHENOMENAL, it was so fresh and the flavor was amazing! Igot the Caribbean BBQ chicken sandwich and the sauce was the perfect amount of spice but was so tender! Absolutely amazing! Andmy 3 youngest got the Mac n cheese and it was surprisingly delicious for Macaroni! The drinks were strong and on point! Highlyrecommend!!!! Read more
We stopped at Angler & Ale totally by accident in our way back from Key West and we were glad we did. Beautiful, large, clean... restaurant, located right on the water with gorgeous view. Our server Tanesha was great, very friendly and attentive. Whilewaiting for our food, we went outside to the Docks and saw a lot of beautiful fish swimming right under. There's a beautifulpatio too if you prefer to dine outside. Food took a while but we actually enjoyed relaxation as the view was beautiful and wedidn't feel rushed. It was very worth waiting for, their food presentation was amazing, everything looked gorgeous anddelicious! Our fish tacos were the best I've ever had, very generous portions. Burger was very juicy and flavorful. Salads werefresh and tasty. We've seen nachos on a table next to us and it was a huge portion! Key lime pie was the best we've ever had!Robots were zooming around helping servers to bring food to the table. I would give them 10 stars if I could, it was perfection.$90 after 3 meals, one dessert, and tips. I wish we lived closer, I would be there often! Read more

Great location, good choice for food and beers. Seen a few reviews saying pricey....true but its not that much more than nearby... places en route to Marathon....and a heck of a lot lower than "Prime61" in the HawksCay hotel. Service is good, but the robotsneed go stay only as a gimmick. I'd give it a 3.5 but the location puts it to 4/5. Read more
