I have a debit card in which the chip often malfunctions in the processors. I usually can't use this card at the pump, so... naturally I go inside to use it with the clerk (where most places it is a process of three times of inserting the chip,malfunction, swipe, and all set.). The clerk today had no patience for the process and kept cancelling the transaction.Basically saying I was out of luck if I had no other form of payment. I was very frustrated at this point because I've neverhad this issue before. So I ended going back to my vehicle and trying to use the reader at the pump with the same"malfunctioning" debit card........and like magic it worked first time. The clerk was rude and had no patience and was not willto help me out whatsoever......prices were awful as well. $0.15 a gallon more than neighboring towns. Will not take my businessthere again. The worst, most rude customer service. Refused to accept my $20 for a small purchase claiming they did not have change. Tried to... call to complain to management and was screamed at and hung up on.
