I walked in and I was the only customer inside and the drive through was empty. I was greeted with a barely audible ?wait one... second? and I stood there waiting to be served. The fellow behind the counter proceeded to continue cleaning a lemonadecontainer. After standing there for several minutes waiting. a man came from the washroom to the far end of the counter andspoke at length with the counter staff in another language as I continued to stand there. After a couple of minutes I finallyasked why I was not being served. The staff responded with ?I told you to wait a second? and he returned to cleaning thelemonade container. I then walked out? WORST Tims I have ever been too. If i had the option to give this a zero I would. Drive thru service is the bc slowest I have... ever encountered. They only ever have one lane open even when the other lane is backed up past the esso. They make you waituntil your order is ready until you can come to the window which makes the wait even longer. The staff are rude and anytime Ipull up to the window they just hold the debit machine out the window without even a hello. My orders almost every time aremissing something or wrong, or they are out of something ad early as 9am with something as simple as timbits or ice coffee.Being the only Tim?s off number 1 hwy this should be a quick and friendly experience. The staff seem overwhelmed and can?t keepup with the smallest ?rush?. From now on I?ll be waiting until I reach the city to get my coffee. Read more
I only go thru drive thru. Its average, kind of short so the line up can get long sometimes. Its relatively quick unless someone... ahead orders something huge. I've never had an issue with my order and they always have the oat milk in stock. Read more
This is the worst of all Tim Hortons. Service is horrendous. They make you wait in the drive thru line literally every time to... ?check? if they have what you ordered. 1/2 the time, they do not. Someone from corporate needs to be sent to do some serioustraining for the employees there. Read more
If I could give the place zero stars I would... The staff were decent, not super friendly but trying their best for being... understaffed on labor day weekend but the building itself is horrendous. Unclean doesn't describe the actual restaurant areawell enough... Flys going around, your shoes sticking to the floor, tables not cleaned from past customers, and the BATHROOMS,oh my lord what a mess! I didn't take photos of the restaurant as there was other people that would be in the photo but isnapped some bathroom photos. I don't believe the bathroom was cleaned since the building was built. Go to the gas station touse the rest room if you can before attempting the tims rest room. Read more
The coffee?s I get 90% of the time it tastes like cigarettes were thrown in there. Tastes like they haven?t switched out the... filter or something, always ends up being full of coffee grains. Please fix Read more
Untrained stuff and extremely slow service. Stopped to buy two coffee and timbits. They had only two kinds of timbits available,... decided to take bagels instead. After 15min in line and another 15 min of order wating already in the car I found that one baglewas wrong. It was my worst Tim Hortons experience. Read more
