Zero customer service. No one said hello. I was waiting at the counter for 5 minutes untill someone noticed me. After she took... my order she turned around and left never gave me receipt. Finally reopened to dine in think the last of the local fast food to do so and I thought they?d be positioned to be on their... game. Wrong, while my gyro was ok I?ve had it here prepandemic and was better portion of meat and their condiments were empty.And my main reason I came here was the orange and cream shake, I love this time of year for that reason. And what a surprise themachine is broken. Starting to sound like the McDonald?s experiences in years past. This location used to be awesome never had abad meal, was always able to get a orange and cream shake and rang their bell each time. Well gone is their quality andreadiness and so is their bell. Nice staff.... SUPER COLD INSIDE WHEN AWAY FROM KITCHEN 40?s less...no heat on. Food was all bad. Brisket over cooked, hardly... any cheddar cheese on sandwich, chicken so over cooked it can?t be eaten.. Food wasn?t always like this here it was very goodat times. They always forget something whether it?s putting sauce packs into the bag, Holding the tomatoes, or tonight like they forgot to... put any sauce on my sandwich. There?s always something missing from when I order. It maybe because of the drive-through intercomis very bad and they can?t hear me or a language barrier feels like the main cause of my orders (and my roommates) always comeout wrong. Read more
I thought I'd try the new Hawaiian King Smokehouse Brisket sandwich. The picture on the menu board looked awesome. My picture... shows two small pieces of meat that is greatly overpowered by the bun and several sauces. On a positive note, the crispy onionsare very good, and the cleanliness is very good as well. Arby's has always great food. Best roast beef sandwiches and their Gyros and Gyros super salads are the best.
Second time here tonight. First time we came and literally every part of our order had at least one thing wrong with it. We... tried again tonight and was told they had no roast beef. At 7pm no Roast Beef at Arby's? This location has terrible managementdon't waste your time here. Then they send you a survey and this location isnt even an option on it. Read more
