While using the bathroom, a staff came in, used the bathroom & ran right out of the bathroom "WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS " ! I... spoke to the manager, Lulu (she said, was her name) & she acted so cavalier about the whole situation. I had to inform her,that being so very unsanitary, especially while serving food to the public, puts customers @ risk. For, just because you speakthe same language (spanish) doesn't mean, as a supervisor, you don't address problematic concerns ! Of Course, I Did NOTPurchase ANYTHING From This Restaurant........ Drive through line was 4 cars long, took 10 minutes. Food was good but only Luke warm
Unbelievably poor service! Been in twice this week, first time staff barely engaged me, speaking spanish and laughing between... themselves. Never told me me order was complete, just left sittiing on counter. The next time, today, 4 employees, nobodyacknowledged me. I stood there for several minutes waiting with employees back turned to me. He was person waiting to bag /assemble order. He stood there, stretching his back, not packagiing anyhting, just watching coworker make sandwiches. Persontaking drive through orders looked at me seveeral times and never acknowledged me. This has to be the worst location ever. I went to this location after work to get food for my kids and I asked for my food... fresh and the gentleman taking my order was mad because I asked for my food to be fresh. I know from previous experiences herethey will hand you fried that are freezing cold and play like they have no sense of feeling. I sat and waited 38 minutes for mykids food and then I drive back through the drive through and ask what happened to the order that was suppose to be made freshand they had not even bagged anything. The young guy that took my order was in the bathroom and never bagged it and then he cameback and never sanitized his hands and then I asked him not to touch my food because he didn?t sanitize his hands and theystarted talking in Spanish then the tall Hispanic ?manager ? finally made our food fresh and then we left. How can I put a star to a place where I arrived at 9:20 p.m. the place indicated that it will close at 10:00. When we were in... they were cleaning the place out. It took them quite a few minutes to take care of us. We ordered the food and the attendantsaid we had 20 minutes to eat it and get out. When we got the food it was cold. As it was sitting where the burgers are placedand that's what we saw and they just gave us that and indicated that there was nothing more. Furthermore they close the door toany other customer at 9:40 p.m. This is not customer service in any way. The owner probably wants the people out by 10:00 soeverybody's cleaning out everything inside. You don't need me as a customer or anybody else. NOT HIGHLY recommended. Read more
This place is a great place to get a variety of great tasting burger/hot sandwich. Their normal hamburger's have beef that you... can taste, which when you taste is pretty good. The chicken sandwich which they also have is also of note, If for whateverreason you just didn't want beef that day. Then you have the ch'king sandwich. It tastes as bold as it is big! The breading wasalso a delicious addition to the chicken. In the photos, what's in the tray is a triple quarter pounder with cheese, I asked forno bun and they went above and beyond with accommodating me! They placed them in those break fast trays and gave me a fork andknife, so I didn't have to eat like I was a time traveling cave man. To reiterate, this is a great place to get good food. Read more
Stay far away from this place. If you try to customize your order the staff gets mad and completely ignores your request. When... you ask for the correct order they demand the food be given back (health/safety violations) to be thrown away. Instead, I sawthat it was wrapped up and put back on a shelf full of burgers.
