Probably the slowest Chick Fil A I've ever been too. There were only three people ahead of me in line but it took like 20 mins... the reach the register. Also, the staff was not friendly. They offer a limited menu. Read more
Service was terrible. I was the only person waiting at the register and the cashiers were either talking or sitting on the floor... instead of taking my order; I am also pretty sure they saw me but chose to ignore me and wait. This is the worst chick-fil-a I have ever been to. I asked for a market salad without chicken and they told me they couldn?t do... that because the market salads aren?t made fresh and they come pre-made with the grilled chicken. Old salad?!?! No thank you! SoI got a chicken sandwich, and that was clearly made a long time ago. It was dry and cold. So nasty! Read more
I went in the morning around 8AM. I did not have a long line to wait through (I can imagine during the day the line is longer in... order to get food). It was my first time having Chick-fil-A for breakfast and I enjoyed it. I guess my biscuit was slightly dry,but it still tasted fine. Good friendly service. I was able to get my food immediately. I went to the one in the A-B terminalarea (more in the B section technically). If I was passing through I would go again depending on the line. At that time in themorning, there was only so much open in the Washington airport. A nice taste of home before my extended time away. Read more
Don?t go here. The food is horrible. You will wait 15 minutes or more to place an order. This is typical for airport eatery?s .... However, you will wait another 15 minutes for luke warm food. My fries were barely warm. My sandwich looked and tasted like Ihad bought it hours ago. If the food isn?t going to be fresh, then what we?re we waiting for? Why was everyone waiting for theirfood? The service there is shoot! My friends order foods there but be discriminated by the servant because of their disfluent English... speaking and physical condition. They didn?t put enough amount of foods and change back. I believe the discrimination is stillexisting today, but I still haven't thought of the discrimination is so closed to us. I don?t wanna bother others to orders foodin this spot, I just wanna tell please don?t give chance to let the racism grow up. Read more
