This place is a disaster, being led by a complete clown in Aden. I called at 5 for an order to be picked up at 630. This was for... my 4 year olds birthday party at a place that was in the same shopping center. It seemed as though everything was fine, until Iwas called back 45 minutes later by Aden himself, letting me know that they can't take call ahead orders, due to it being thebusiest weekend of the year. That was laughable, and a complete lie. He then tried to blame it on the guy who took my order. Itstarts at the top buddy. Obviously, having to pivot and find a competent place to get food for my 4 year olds party, wetransitioned to Badd Pizza, who rushed our order and saved the day. The Little Gym has a deal with this Papa John's, and eventhey said that they always have issues with Aden and his team. Aden is driving this place into the ground. Aden had the nerve tocall me at 655, party is over at 7, to let me know that our order was ready...lol. This guy is a nut. The reviews speak forthemselves. I feel sorry for the franchise owner, and I will be taking this to corporate. If you want a good pizza around theDulles Landing area, take your business to Badd Pizza. I wouldn't give this Papa John's a dollar. Read more

The last time I ordered pizza from this location, it was 2:00 pm on a weekday, I was told carry-out would take 50-60 minutes for... the order!!???? Today, I decided to try again? a girl answered, I tried to order ?white pizza?? common order!! She got anattitude with me, talked down to me,said she had no idea what I was talking about, they just have ?pizza?????. I calmlyexplained to her what White Pizza is, assured her she would be occasionally getting orders for it, and yes, it?s a real thing. I will NEVER order from this location again! Read more
The general manager at the Dulles Landing Store was no help in regards to an incident that had occurred with their pizza in... their parking lot. My son had gone in to pick up the pizza and as he had tried to open the car door, one of the flaps were notin so the pizza had slid out. My son was too nervous to walk in and talk to the store employees so he had asked me to do itinstead. After explaining the event, the general manager showed no insight and no solution was given. He said due to storepolicy nothing will be done, all I received was a ?have a good day.? I then offered to bring in the whole pizza to show all theslices were still there. He still said the same thing. All I wanted was a replacement or refund, nothing more than what I hadpaid for. Worst experience ever. Read more
Ordered one regular pizza with spinach and tomatoes to go and it was honestly the best pizza I?ve ever had. And I used to live... in NYC/ Manhattan! I?ll definitely go here again! Read more
The quality has gone down of this location. There was a time we used to give examples of how good this place is. Last two times... they have messed up my order. Last time they made my XL pizza in an oval shape where some portions were really overly thick andothers were normal. Today I got a L and although it wasn?t oval, 70% of the pizza felt like almost thin crust and rest 30% feltlike the normal crust as intended. Also, both these times the pizzas were uncooked meaning they were made in haste. I also gotgarlic knots and they also were not cooked properly. I donno what the issue is and whether it is that the place can be reallybusy on a weeknight or the staff doesn?t have enough time to do their due diligence. We already had delivery and the guy was really nice but it was a rainy night and it took him more than 1h to arrive here (we... live 7 minutes away), yesterday I went there... Easy to park, happy and kind staff. Well located (easy to find it) and veryclean and light place. I ordered The Works (with pepperoni, bacon, Italian sausage, green peppers and black olives),sooooooooooooooo yummy ????- as I could expect from Papa John?s. Definitely coming back! Read more
I ordered 2 large and it was a horrible pizza, full of just cheese and almost very less small pieces of toppings that one can... count, with the smell of cheese anyone can figure out that it was a stale one and toppings had no quality. I thought this Papajohns location has changed but noop they proved me wrong again, so this was my last order to this shop , how much of expertiseis required in making a good pie !!! Read more
