While it took 25 mins for the food to show up and when it did it was prepared incorrectly (asked for no lettuce, it had... lettuce). Wow, such a terrible lunch. Place was near empty during Sunday lunchtime. Should have taken a hint. Fries were disgusting,... tasted reheated. I've been here twice and both visits were pretty solid for a burger joint.....I like a pretty basic burger (not a fan boy of the... overly piled-on with too much toppings and cheese) and Red Robin delivered a tasty burger. Both times. Good service as well(pretty empty both times though). I would definitely return. Read more

The worst well-done burger I ever tried at USA. I dont know if management changed but service went miles down. I used to go at... least 5 times every year and always found a good service and quality of food, but now, staff is not even polite or come to checkif everything is ok. Waitress just showed up at the end to ask "is everything ok". We asked for refills and only 4 or 6 cupswere replaced. Read more
