I love this place. Well, loved. The wings are always on point and my go-to in the area. On a recent visit, I ordered via take... out and came close to closing. I witnessed a staff member come out to start cleaning the dining area, pick up trash off thefloor, and take out the garbage with no gloves on. He then returned to the kitchen area to hand out food without washing hishands. I grabbed my food and left, before he could touch it and open my boxes for their standard food check routine. My sisterobserved the same thing months ago and refuses to eat from this location ever since. It is standard that all staff must washyour hands upon entering the kitchen. Clearly, this location has no regard for this sanitation guideline. So sad we have tomove on. The food here is soooo good. Read more

I?m not sure if they just changed management or not. But. I didn?t see the young lady i normally see in there. Plus the older... Korean lady was rude with me when i asked is that all the ranch we get for 50 wings. She started counting like i was a kid. 1dressing for every ten wings. I was not happy about this visit. I wish that as a whole we stop supporting these Koreans withtheir smart mouths, we literally pay your bills to stay open to provide food. Stop being rude to your customers. My order was 90bucks to include taxes. For the list you see on the receipt. The wings were extremely salty. They had my order wrong. I askedfor garlic hot. He basically gave me hot mixed sauce. When clearly that?s not what I asked for. For facts I probably won?treturn to this location. They have a heavy amount of customers. I pass two locations within 3 miles from my house to come here,and the normal ppl who serve me were not there. The experience should not be what it was. THE WORST AMERICAN DELI EVER Paid $62 for 60 wings and more than half of them are the size of my pinky finger. Called the... manager and they refused to refund saying "that's just how it is." The wings were over cooked, dry, and the lemon pepper wasWAAAAY too salty. To be charging $1=1 wing and getting this was just ridiculous. This manager does not care about their businessand it clearly shows in the product they sell. We charged back our purchase with the bank and will not return. This experiencehas left a sour taste in our mouths for all American Delis. Read more
So I was in the Duluth area off of Pleasant Hill, this American Deli used to be a Firehouse Subs long time ago. I must say they... really transformed this place into a very nice atmospheric American Deli restaurant, I stopped in got some lunch, the food wasfresh and delicious definitely better than most American delis I've been to on my side of town. Customer service was overallfriendly and nice, so if I'm definitely in the Duluth area off of Pleasant Hill I'm definitely coming back to this spot againit's totally worth it. Now I'm not sure what their evening business is like but if it's anything like the morning / afternoonthen you're in for a treat. Read more
