The burritos were so spicy, the gf and I couldn't eat it. We always eat spicy food but for some reason the last 2 times they... made the burritos so spicy she accused me of trying to play a joke on here. The portion size used to be a problem when you ordered through the app but now they forget to add your tortillas/ chips/ or... something you asked for on the side. It?s a reoccurring thing. Every. Single. Time. The food is good but they need to work onthat, HEAVILY. Read more
Three days ago, I gave a 5-star rating with a promise to return. I kept that promise and was not given the same service. I... returned what I bought with my receipt in hand Saturday Sept 9 at 4:00 pm. Furthermore, I asked to speak with the manager. Shewas not VERY customer service friendly. What was odd is I requested a replacement Chicken bowl. Without asking me, she made myChicken Bowl in the back of the store (instead) of allowing me to stand in line and WATCH my food prepared. Why? I get home andI got really sick. Bad stomach cramps. Attention owner. It is not good practice when a manager treats a customer less than acustomer by looking at his or her receipt and then questions the integrity of your reason to return your purchase. This location is the best, and I've tried many along the city! The food is always fresh, attention is great and the barbacoa is... always with low juice which is good for people who doesn't want to eat so greasy. Keep doing the same and hopefully anotherlocations can copy this. Read more
Same quality as other Chipotle restaurants. Nothing extraordinary. Parking is not the best and access to the site isn't easy... because it's one way and if you are chiming the opposite direction and miss the turn you have to drive up 3 lights to u-turn.The restaurant was packed but there was places to sit. The staff seem very efficient with the lunch crowd and I did not wait inline long. I was close to the entrance and was only in line for less than 10 minutes before I was ordering. The quality of thefood was just as good as any other Chipotle. It was an okay experience but nothing special. If you like Chipotle, this is adecent location to get it. Read more
Update: We had a quick response from Chipotle to rectify the portion problem we had. We've ordered twice more to pick up from... this location and they have done a great job. Well be back. Quality is fine, portions when you order online to pick up arestingy. If you're driving to the store to pick it up anyway, just go in and watch them put your order together... You will getwhat you pay for that way. Read more
Tried to place online order but there was no option to pay with gift cards. Food is typical fast food; bland and high in salt.... The steak was tough. The burrito fell apart. I won't go out of my way to eat Chipotle again. Read more
