Drive thru person doesn?t listen to customers when they place their orders; my entire order was wrong, and she got an attitude... when I asked for it to be remade. This morning the young lady look like she was having a bad morning she handed me my coffee without even checking to see if the... top was secure and not mention that coffee was Scolding hot. The coffee got all over my hand!! The manager was standing saw whathappened and said nothing!! Getting in and out via the drive thru was a bit awkward. They've had many complaints, I was happy with the service(served with a... smile), the temperature of the food and seeing as I went midday I was served very quickly. Every time I visit, something always goes wrong. I started going to other coffee shops because the prices here aren?t a good... value especially when they mess it up. Dunkin? used to be my go-to place, I was happy to overpay. I decided to try again thismorning after months of going elsewhere and I ordered a cake batter iced latte. In the preview picture, it featured chocolatesyrup and sprinkles. Where are my sprinkles and chocolate syrup? The lines are too long because they?re inefficient.
