This morning the young lady look like she was having a bad morning she handed me my coffee without even checking to see if the... top was secure and not mention that coffee was Scolding hot. The coffee got all over my hand!! The manager was standing saw whathappened and said nothing!! This is the first time that I?ve ever had this experience at this location, I come here all the timeand never once did I ever have this problem. I had to come home and stick my hand in ice. Dunkin? Getting in and out via the drive thru was a bit awkward. They've had many complaints, I was happy with the service(served with a... smile), the temperature of the food and seeing as I went midday I was served very quickly. Every time I visit, something always goes wrong. I started going to other coffee shops because the prices here aren?t a good... value especially when they mess it up. Dunkin? used to be my go-to place, I was happy to overpay. I decided to try again thismorning after months of going elsewhere and I ordered a cake batter iced latte. In the preview picture, it featured chocolatesyrup and sprinkles. Where are my sprinkles and chocolate syrup? The lines are too long because they?re inefficient. Nope. Don't waste literally your time here . The staff is chatting to their friends and do not pay attention to the clients and... orders. A simple order took 20 minutes and was wrong. The place looks outdated, still have Xmas decorations ???????? Will notreturn. Read more
This is half baskin robins half dunkin donuts. The staff is friendly and greet me immediately. The donuts are good and the ice... cream they are usually out of alot of things. But overall clean location. Fast service. Never too crowded. Read more
4 stars go to the great cashier they have in the morning! She has great customer service always offers you more! So watch out... she?ll make you order more!!! Love also that the large iced coffee is no more than $3 it?s 2.8 something or 2.9 something notsure but no more than $3! They also have the 2 for 5 bacon egg cheese croissant which are also very good! Just don?t really likethey?re size for regular coffee but it?s still good thank you for the great service in the mornings!!! Read more
