First time having anything from these guys, and I must say it was very good. The staff greeted us when we came in, and promptly... took our order, and the food came out in a reasonable time. As far as sitting inside to eat, the lobby lighting was a bit darkfor me, but I would definitely visit again to get food for carry out. We got a pepperoni pizza, hot wings, and a caesar salad.The pizza wasn?t bad, and the wings were good, my only issue was how small they were. My son ate the salad, and that is a hugecompliment, as he is very picky. Overall not a bad experience to get some food, I would go back and definitely recommend it foranyone looking for a new pizza spot. Read more

The pizza tasted good, but the customer service is terrible. I see a lot of people here posting their reviews saying the same... thing but it is true. The old man (seems to be a manager) treated me like I was bothering him. I was telling him that I ampicking up my orders but he said "wait" before I even finished my sentence. Then when my orders came out, I told him that Iordered 3 bowls of salads as well but before I even finished, he said, "I don't understand what she's saying, talk to her" toone of the staff members. I placed an order, went and picked it up. It was a lg deluxe that wasn't cooked all the way. When I called the person on the... phone gave me attitude when I said it wasn't done. He asked what's wrong with it real nasty. I cursed & said I'm the customer soI'll bring the pizza back and I'll get my money. I get there & he comes up tells me I wasn't treating him with respect and thathe's not going to help me because I cursed him . I had to let him know I'm the customer. Needless to say he didn't give me mymoney & basically told me to eat the pizza that wasn't cooked all the way. I told him the veggies wasn't cooked all the way. He opens the box and takes a picture over the food that I was told to eat and stated that all the customers would say it's done.I asked him again for a refund he refused so then I asked him for the manager and to my surprise he said he's the manager so Iasked him for cooperates number. He replied find it yourself I'm not helping you. And said it with alot of bass in his voice.Do better Marcos!! The manager is Horrible and doesn't care about customer service! Read more

I placed an online order around 3 PM. Money was taken out of my account I received a tracking Status, everything seem legit.... Around 4:10 PM I decided to call the store because the estimated wait time was 4:03 PM. The first receptionist told me thatthey?re not delivering today, what you?re not delivering today? I was totally confused because money was taken out of my accountI received a tracking number and I wasn?t notified. I asked to speak to a member of management when the shift leader grabbed thephone Gabby and told me she was too busy to notify me that they wasn?t delivering today mind you she already told me that I wasthe only online order to come through. And she also stated that she gave me an automatic refund and the money should be on mycard within five days. I told Gary I didn?t have money to get food from anywhere else because the money was taken out of myaccount by Marcos. She told me that she couldn?t give me any free food and she gave me a refund and she was busy and anythingelse I needed to do I could do online. I?m so disappointed! and hungry! Read more

I've dreaded this location for years due to consistent customer service failures. They have two new employees that understand... the power of just being nice to the customer and enjoying what you do. A couple of times the pizza I ordered from here were very good - they got the a full of toppings. But last couple of times,... the topping quantities changed, just a little more than Costco pizza. This place management must be changed. No more orderingpizza from here. Read more

I was hungry after being stuck on a plane for hours decided to pick up carry out at Marco?s pizza. I ordered a pepperoni & old... pepperoni pizza and a sausage & pepper pizza. There was a good amount of cheese and toppings on the pizzas. The crust was okay. Read more

Tastes good but there's too much outer crust that doesn't have toppings on. Bummer. Wings are roasted and sauced. Tastes good.
