Arrived at 2:59p. I had 4 adults and a baby. The boy said there would be a 20/25 min wait. We were added to the waiting list. We... noticed people getting seated that came in after us. I started watching the waiting list. A party of 11 that was two spots afterus got seated before we did. I received a text at 3:45p that our table was ready. Yet another party of 5 that came in way afterus beat me to the host stand saying her table was ready. I told them i was first in line but she said “wait a minute.” Theysat two other families before seating us. Our server was very nice but seemed new. We had to ask for water over and over. Wealso had to ask for our bill multiple times. The kiosk was broke to begin with. A host came and reset. I told her it was brokestill. She then came back two other times before bring the bill. Then had us use the broke kiosk to pay. Then the receiptwouldn't print to finish split payment. A manager came to look at the kiosk. Then the server finally came to take the other halfof our payment. We still tipped 20% even though the experience was absolutely terrible. I was even more embarrassed that myfamily was visiting from Brazil and this was their experience of the American service. We have had the worst experience with Olive Garden today from Snellville and drove all the way to Duluth afterwards because my... pregnant daughter had a taste for it. We waited for a waitress/ waiter for over 20 minutes a family of 6+ came in after us andasked for a manager to complain and somehow got faster service. Still after that I stopped a young man. ( Myles ) and asked himwho our waiter was and that we had been waiting. He politely went to go see and said that he’d take care of it either way. Hesaved the day. But I will never go to another Olive Garden. I’ll stick to Maggianos. Okay, so I posted 2 stars and spoke tothe manager kevy who was just as awesome as Myles! I will Only come back if Both of them are at this location and I’ll give 4stars Instead if 2. And the margarita was soo good and the shot of tequila that was given to me. Read more

For my first time at Olive Garden the chicken alfredo was alright, the soup was as well but the shrimp we ordered was probably... the best. I give it 3 stars because utensils were dirty and or waiter wasn’t really attentive, but it was busy. Wait time wassaid to be 20 mins but we got our table in about 7 mins. Read more
