This is my first time order at this location because is only 5 minutes away from my office.I am frustrated and wasted of my... lunch time. I ordered online for pickup up and I show up at the store with the time assigned 1:35 but turn out I am seating inmy car over an hour without any foods. Luckily, ATL weather is not over 100 degrees. Finally, a call at 2;29 saying some ofsalad ingredients out of stock and ask if I want to substitute. What's is the foolish of the service? I came in for a quick gift card purchase. The sweet girl at the register was clearly new and didn?t know how to ring this up.... She asked me to wait while she got help (no problem on my part). What upset me was how her leadership was SO impatient with her-to the point of asking her to swipe it a different way, but then snatching the card from her hand. She was clearly intimidatedand I felt so bad for her. If I was in her shoes, I would hate to ask for help. So my review is not for the food- it?s for themanagement here. Please be kind to your team. If they are not learning quick enough, it?s probably because you are not givingthem the chance to learn. Be patient and TEACH. Horrible service this morning. The Cashier couldn't get my order right after I repeated it to him 4 times. He still managed to... get the order wrong. Online ordering services were down. 30 minutes of waiting and still no order. I?ve been going to this location for years and in the last couple of months the level of service and quality of food has... drastically changed. I?m sure the pandemic had something to do with it, but I?m done giving a pass because of it. This locationis constantly out of menu items and just look at the portion size for a breakfast sandwich. It looks like they took a slice ofsourdough bread and cut it in half to make the sandwich, whereas my wife got a ciabatta breakfast sandwich and it?s like twicethe size. I got the half of sandwich and a bowl of soup, smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich and it came with cheese and red onion and... broccoli cheddar soup. My soup was good, it wasn't salty which I appreciated and it had real veggies in it but was just a littletoo runny. My half of a sandwich was good it was just extremely tiny and had alot less product in it, not as pictured. Myhusband got the Mac and cheese sandwich and I would not recommend at all. It had some crunchy bread type cheese crackers in itand it was very tiny as well as lacking product, not too tasty and definitely not worth 10 dollars to me. We also got theChipotle chicken and bacon pizza which was so good but it wasn't cut so we had to ask for a knife to cut it. They startedcutting it and cut a small area but not all the way through ? I won't be visiting this Panera ever again. There's a chance that all restaurants can run out of ingredients/toppings for your... favorite dish. Well if this happens someone will have to let the customer know... We sat waiting to hear our names andnothing... for 20 whole minutes. There were people lined around the corner inside to pickup their orders and we hear Meghancalled four times. Interesting Stuff... They were low on Basil and tomatoes. I ordered a flatbread and obviously there wasn't aperson who was Big enough to tell the customer the tragic news. SMH. I think there's a little bit too many people in thekitchen, and not enough cleaning the dining area. Horrible Customer Service...
