Ordered my Thanksgiving food from them a week ago and they said they ran out of an item that I ordered. Thr whole point of... pre-order is to have it guaranteed. We ordered ahead for Thanksgiving. The turkey and ham were very tasty, lean and moist. We also ordered a few sides, which were... also very good. I ordered a Thanksgiving meal because my wife and I are not able to go to my family's for Thanksgiving this year. We had our... order in for days with the sides already selected. Apparently they do not hold anything you ordered, it's still first come firstserve even though you pay for it when you out in the order online. This is unacceptable and we will not do this again in thefuture. We will let our friends and family know if they are in a pinch for holiday meals to not bother with Honey Baked Ham Co. Read more

Be warned when ordering meals here. We are not able to travel for Thanksgiving this year due to an injury I have. We saw Honey... Baked Ham doing holiday meals and decided to put in an order with a pick up date of the 23rd, today. We were alreadydisappointed because they were starting to run out of the sides we wanted so we decided we would supplement and make some of ourown. My husband arrives today to pick up our food that's been ordered for quite some time now and the sides we ORDERED are nolonger available. The store clerk informed him they can run out as people pick up their orders. So essentially they are sellingthings they don't have. I suspect we aren't going to be the only ones not happy with this place today. Read more

FOOD: Good. It's HBH so no problem there. SERVICE: Below Average. I was initially overcharged, for some a question I asked... about sides was considered laughable and we did NOT get a paid for side item. The North Point location I visited hadsignificantly better service. Read more

Honey Baked Ham is so good and this location is no exception. I have bought ham, turkey, ham bone for soup and lunch sandwiches... here. Everything I have tried is so good! They cut everything fresh for their sandwiches, and if you have a coupon for BOGO the$7.99 price is a steal. Their ham bones have a lot of meat on them, and again, if you have a coupon you will get a great deal. I highly recommend signing up on their website, and visiting this location any time of the year. Definitely recommend this store esp during the holidays as there are lot of counters open and line moved fast. Compared to one... in north point pkwy this store had less crowd. Honey baked ham is yummy but pricey and side dishes available as well. I liketheir green beans casserole. They are organized and prepared to deal with holiday crowd which is a plus.
