Okay service...cold curly fries...good french dip with hot dipping juice.
Tasty food. The drive thru is pretty busy during lunch time, but the lobby is usually pretty quick service. Usually have good... deals. Sad thing is their excellent fish sandwich is only seasonal ???? Friendly staff, clean lobby, and get this: the bathroomhas a sink with faucet lever and paper towels to dry your hands! Im impressed by the lady manager taking orders. She was short staffed and I could tell she was frustrated but kept her composure... with impatient customers and customers blaming her for the print on the credit card reader being to small. Instead of snappingor giving attitude she took it all in stride and kept pushing doing her best with what she had. The speaker at the drive through was not very loud. But they were nice enough and they did get our order correct.
I am a creature of habit and get the same thing everytime but it's just good. #5 chicken sandwich, it's really good with curly... fries and a pop. Have to mix Horsey and Arby's sauce together to dip fries in too or the meal isn't complete. Read more

The food is good, I like Arby's. But the staff?...oh good grief. They can never get an order right! ???? I want ketchup, no... ketchup. They say a straw is in the bag to hurry you along, no straw. No napkins. Wrong drink. 3 days ago they gave the wrongbags to two customers and the customers had to switch with each other out in the parking lot! Today an employee yelled at thecustomer to stop as they were driving away, saying she forgot something and we all had to back up for him! ???????
