Beware the full cup of ice! So I've always had decent service here until recently. I've always ordered the same drink the same... way until the barista rolled her eyes at me for requesting less ice in the drink. Well I stopped ordering at this caribou forawhile and today I was in a giant rush so I went down and grabbed a chai on the way to getting where I needed to go. I slurpedit down only to find out that yet again there is an excessive amount of ice left in my cup. If you see the picture, it doesn'tlie! My drink was literally 75% ice after it melting for 10 min. Even if I'm late for work I'll be going out of my way andbypass this location to go to Starbucks next time. The barista's there are less hassle and they don't put 75-80% ice in yourdrink. Congratulations caribou! You lost a $750+ per year customer! Oh and I want a 75% refund! Read more
