My client and I frequent this location as she enjoys the food very much. However, the staff seem like they hate to be at their... job. Lately each time we have came the lady in the window seems very over it being there. She isn't very nice to customers. AndI even called cooperate last week to help maybe train staff better with hospitality. As its important when running any kind ofestablishment. As we have seen staff pick their noise and wipe it on their uniform after handing customers food etc. I'dstrongly suggest trying a different location. Read more
Trash! During at the window with nobody else in line for fifteen minutes. Had to request someone to take our order 3 times.... Get to the window, and they are more interested in chatting. It breaks my heart to give Culver?s such a low rating as I typically REALLY enjoy going to Culver?s. The service was poor, the... food was cold, and I waited 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. The person that took my order told me she would make a fresh pot forme and bring a cup out. I waited, finished my meal and waited some more, and THEN watched someone else come in and get myfreshly brewed coffee! ???? Read more
Ok so don't judge me, but today is the first time I tried Culver's, and it was awesome! I had the pub burger and it was... amazing! The staff was so helpful and polite, the restaurant was very clean. Will definitely be going back. Read more
Keep in mind that most restaurants are short staffed. It took approximately 45 minutes to get our order. Unfortunately when we... received it, it was cold. They were kind enough to remake it and the food did not come out much better. The upside is thatthe manager was very kind and tried very hard. We likely will not visit again as the food just did not taste good. Read more

Had the Special Curdburger! Great with tomato, lettuce, pickle and relishes. Tasty cheese patty. Custard was also great. Duluth... location was easy to get to from Highway 53. Clean restrooms and employees were wearing masks and very polite. Tables werecleaned between customer seatings which was appreciated in this Coved-19 era. Will try to return in future. Read more
