Parking lot and drive through is totally confusing. When you pull away from the window where you get your food, your vehicle... is right at the entrance door, no sidewalk. This doesn't seem very safe. Workers were friendly and I received my food quickly. Itried the s'mores shake which was just on. The other DQ treats are much better. Read more

I placed an online order tonight at 4:53pm, and it said it would be ready by 5:09. Which was fine, I got there around 5:15,... parked in the curbside pick up and waited for someone to bring out my order. There is no option in the app to notify them thatyou're there, so I called at 5:23 letting them know I was there to pick up my order. I did not get my food until 5:40, whichwas almost an hour after placing the order online. The fries were stale, the chicken strips were hard and not fresh. Therewere 3 cars that had come & gone through the drive through before I had even received my food. I will not be coming back tothis location.
