Just want to say the 3 pizzas and stuffed bread we got last night (Sept 22) from the West Duluth, MN store were probably the... best we've ever had from Domino's. The pizza I was delivered was absolutely god awful. I ordered a hand tossed pizza and the cooks decide to make the bottom crust... absolutely paper thin to the point it rips from just gently pulling it out of the box due to how soaked the crust was in grease.I've ordered this pizza before and never had problems but the worker on the line came up with excuse after excuse as to why itwas like this. This pizza was absolutely ridiculous with how salty it was, it tasted like they dumped the entire shaker of salton it. I'm never ordering from domino's ever again if this is the quality they now deliver since it seems they want to bringback the noid. Read more
So my auntie ordered from this domino?s and got a apple dip bowl and this is all she got and for anyone who?s seen the... commercials for this apple dip bowl showed a full bowl so this proves that commercials are lies and also I would like to notethat one of my friends ordered from them and got food poisoning from there food not being cooked all the way so people I cautionyou stay away from the west Duluth domino?s they are bad bad bad bad news thank you and have a good day Read more
Ordered at 11:23 pm which is late but they placed the order said it was being made charged my card and, then cancelled the order... but, I still got charged. Nobody picked up the phones after calling mutiple times starting at 11:35pm all the way until 11:50pmlike wow I get it if the order was too late to be delivered but it would have been nice to not gotten charged as well as a callsaying the order was cancelled. Says open til midnight so instead of having that as the hours I suggest calling long beforeclose. Check out toppers pizza for better service and better staff ???? Read more
I order frequently quite a bit and most of time when i order, i don't ever get what i payed for. Order double cheese get minimal... amount of cheese. Ask for "No garlic seasoning", cause they always drown it in it and it ruins the food, but they still alwaysput in on there anyways. They can't read orders. I paid almost $40 for one large pizza and placed my order at about 10pm. Theyhave very poor staffing and never put on or remove what is asked in order. Never get the stuff you add amount wise for cheeseand toppings. Read more
I would rate -10 stars if I could! This place is absolutely horrible! Had an incident with them about 2 years ago where I called... around 7:30pm for delivery, for hours I got the run around and was lied to and kept being told my order was on its way! Waitedtill 1:30 am and no pizza! Called corporate and complained as I was livid. They mailed out a coupon for a free pizza! I did notuse it I was so mad! I didn?t order from this location for over a year! It is ridiculous but I would actually have to go tosurrounding dominoes to get proper customer service and to ensure that my orders would actually be right. We just recentlystarted ordering from them again about eight months ago as they are the only dominoes that will deliver to us so I thought Iwould give them another shot. About one out of every three times we order from them our order is correct. Most of the time Ijust write it off when they make mistakes because I didn?t want to call and complain again. Well tonight my order was wrongAGAIN! I call to complain and yes I was angry! When I place a $70 order I would like for it to be right! In the middle of meexplaining my situation I hear a man say ?thank you for holding what can I help you with? which means I wasn?t even beinglistened to and the person who answers the phone just handed me off to someone else. So I start explaining again, and at thispoint I am even more upset, the person basically told me I needed to stop talking and than hung up on me. Called back and itwent to voicemail. Used my daughters phone to call and they answered. I asked to talk to the person who hung up on me and I washung up on again! The reviews from this place are horrible, I will be calling corporate because it?s pretty sad that I cannotrely on my local dominoes to not treat their customers poorly. If corporate doesn?t do anything about this location and theirlack of customer service I will boycott dominoes all together. There is way too much competition out there for pizza Read more

2 wks ago I ordered 35.00 worth of food. It took the 32 mins to check my food over and I called customer service and they said... they called the store. Anyways so I finally call the store and he says I can?t go back that far on an order. The food was coldand it all had a really funky taste. I mean that?s really rude!
