Avoid at all costs! We got there when it opened and employee was sitting down eating. The booths and the floor were trashed.... Bathrooms were dirty. There were specks of something in the ice. Our hot brisket sandwiches and soup were cold. We spent $35which is too much. Luckily got a refund. Not worth it at all! Read more

very clean Erbs and Gerbs. Great late night alternative to the taco wars between John and Bell. One you pay for it at the... wallet. The other you pay it with quality time in the bathroom. Open until midnight, much better, cheaper food than the tacohuts. Read more
Open until 10, tried to place an order around 9:30 and was told their delivery driver already left for their last run. You close... at a incredibly early time as it is and should expect to be receiving orders up until that time. It should not take any longerthan 15-20 minutes to prepare and deliver an order in a good situation, I can understand being busy and it taking upwards of30-45 for your drivers to complete their orders but if that?s the case then maybe adjust your staffing needs for close. Hit or miss with this place. Got the wrong sandwich delivered tonight and finally called . I just can't comprehend how hard it... is to make the right sandwich. Into the garbage it goes. I'm pretty sure in my comments it defaults to my request of NOT ringingthe bell or knocking yet I got both today. Treated very badly at this location!! We used to go this restaurant every week and ordered 3 subs. The last time we went there... they made all of our subs wrong. They made the subs with a very fatty and salty ham (supposed to be turkey). They were not goodand not what we ordered. We called and told an employee what happened and he told us they would replace them and we could getthree new subs when we came back. When we went back an employee named Lucas told me that there was nothing he could do and Iwould have to call the manager. I just got the run around and brushed off. The manager was supposed to call us the day after ithappened and never did. Poor customer service and I would rather go to Jimmy johns from now on! Read more
The reason I disliked this visit was directly related to the staff. I approached the counter to order and instead of being... greeted with even the most basic hello the girl at the register just stood there in silence and rolled her eyes at me until Ispouted my order. The rest of them were no better when the gal standing next to this one said, "thanks" starting vacantly in acompletly different direction with the most apathetic expression. I mean the food isn't anything special enough to justifycoming back for that kind of treatment. I'd rather not walk through the cloud of cigarette smoke from the delivery driversstanding outside. Store phone was constantly ringing loudly....off the hook! Didn't make for relaxing atmosphere. Food was decent.
