just visiting the area and happened to stop in. The food was great. Samantha recommended the bent paddle cold stout with a scoop... of ice cream. I was skeptical but gave it a try. Wow!! what a great idea. Read more

Ordered a walleye sandwich spaghetti sauce was liquid like soup breadstick salty as hell so dam expensive for a not so good meal... and they wouldn't even take off the bill gave me $5.00 off coupon claimed they had to charge so much to pay the staff. I couldhave gone to McDonald's asked for food with food poison and still would have been worth it. Never going back they should shutdown. My bill was $105.00 for slop Read more

Grandma's is a great place to eat with family or friends or both. There is something on the menu for everyone and per the dozen... people I went with, everyone enjoyed their food. The quirky props and knickknacks along with the very friendly staff makesGrandma's a great place to gather. While everyone was extremely satisfied with their meals, I failed to capture pictures. Partlybecause our group was large, 13 actually, and partly because I get lovingly picked on for writing Google reviews. In this case,I took a picture of my Chicken Pot pie, something I myself make at home for friends, and it was delicious. Service was excellentas well. If I lived in Duluth, I would visit more often. Now this place i wish I could rate higher. They have really good food! The portions are huge (I ordered a small and it was way... more than enough! and they do not disappoint on the flavor! My ONLY complaint is the sauce I got on my dish was a teeny bitsalty. Other than that I'd eat here every day if I could. Definitely will be stopping by again if im ever in the area. Read more

It's been years since we have been to a Grandma's, probably going to be years before we go back. They DO have a gluten free... menu. It has 7 items on it. Gluten free menu says fruit is the side , was told it is a side salad, no problem. Side saladarrives with croutons on it. Not gluten free croutons. Had to send it back. I got the turkey BLT - nice amount of meat on it butwas it 15.65 worth? My husband got Dante's inferno with onion rings. 4 onion rings is what came with his sandwich. It's a $2.00up charge for onion rings. So his meal was $17.90. He said the sandwich was alright. Would have been better with fried onions, not raw. Read more

Honestly this place is a little over blown on how good the food is. Or at least the burgers and fries. I ordered a bacon cheese... burger and was not very good at all! The fries would have been okay I think if they were hot and fresh. And no way would Irecommend anyone to order any of the burgers and fries you can get a better tasting burger with fries for a third of the pricesomeplace else. I wouldn?t mind paying higher prices for higher quality food but when your selling below average quality food ata higher then average price your just ripping people off. I know COVID has been hard on everybody and I understand thecircumstances and challenges but still. Read more
