The employees/owners of this franchise don't seem to like customers, I immediately felt as if I was getting profiled. No thanks
One star for this Holiday. Store is very dirty. Coffee machines dirty, plastic Coffee dispenser so dirty I used a napkin to open... and select a lid. Cream dispenser dirty as well.. Check out counter has visible dirt and looks like it has not been cleaned fora long time. Management please clean the store. Read more
The 'buy one, get one' promo thay was advertised did not ring up on its own in their computer. The worker checked the bogo... sticker on the fridge saying it was probably out of date. It was not, the bogo didn't expire for another week. He then stated itis because the exact bottle pictured was "rich chocolate" and not "chocolate". After asking if they stocked rich chocolate, hesaid no they do not. They only stock chocolate. Horrible service. Read more
