Ok so no offense but why is this the worst mcdonalds in duluth (london road is god tier and nenards' is silver)? Fries were cold... in drive thru before even leaving, and I'm pretty sure they are paid off by big lactaid to ruin every lactose intolerant personsmeal. I'm running out of ways to try to communicate the concept of "hamburger" without cheese..they got it right on the ticketbut not the food ?? Seriously?? Can't even scrape the cheese all the way off Read more

Came to here today made an order at 203pm and have and didn?t get it until 238pm. Though they gave me 4 fritters for the wait I... wasn?t impressed by the speed of it all. Losing my inspiration going to any fast food now days cause they all pretty much messyour food up or are slow. Plus couldn?t see if my order was even being made which I found weird. Plus this new remodel to mereminds me they?re in a jail or something lol Read more

Honestly would give none if able. I?ve been working for door dash and so far every time with this location I?ve had to wait 45+... minutes before getting the order even with reminders to employees. One employee even decided to sit and argue with me about onesaying they have been too busy when their drive thru had been empty and the order was on the screen and could be seen while inthe lobby. Have spoken to the manager a few times who has been super unprofessional and can?t keep excuses straight. Thislocation is an actual joke at this point. Even on personal orders they take way too long because a lot of employees are juststanding around and not even following sanitation guidelines or protocols. I?ve worked in fast food and understand the strugglesemployees go through, but that?s no excuse to cuss out customers/food delivery because they are just trying to get their orderand leave. This is literally the slowest McDonald's I have ever been too. Tonight I ordered and waited a long time (drive thru). I was in... a time constraint, so I was going to grab something "fast". I finally went in and got a refund. No apologies for it either. Read more

Quite possibly the worst McDonald's experience time after time. McChickens without the chicken, items missing or the entire... wrong order all-together. In addition, you can not only expect zero customer service, but anywhere from a 15-45 minute wait ineither the dining room or drive-in, EVEN IF you place a mobile order. As I understand it this McDonald's is a franchiselocation, which means improvement is not only possible but necessary. After my recent experience here, I can confidently say I'drather spend the extra 20 minutes actually driving to the London Road corporate operated location, than spend another 40 minutesarguing with other customers over who gets to pull forward first. In fact, I can confidently state that, out of all diningexperiences I've experienced as a taxpayer, this restaurant really is the worst of all of them. Sure it's cheap but g****mn dothey take forever and they really make you hate life by the end of it. I'd even say I feel punished most of the time for goingto McDonald's by the workers' nasty attitudes. Read more

This is my personal opinion review, and I don?t like to give one stars and I almost did last time I was here, I had to... desperately speak out loud to an employee to get their attention and they reluctantly finally came to me in regards to an orderto pick up. The order had never even been started and this is a common occurrence here every time I come they are ridiculouslybehind. Desperately needs help running the place?nearly every employee ignores you except sometimes a manager. They areextremely slow and seemingly always behind. The store needs professional management help. I?ve been to many McD?s and deliverfor them, this one needs lot of help. It?s remodeled and nice inside. But getting attention from someone is like trying to pullan entitled child off their video game. I?m a kind guy, I?m just stating what I?m seeing repeatedly. Hoping they can get someprofessional management to oversee the attitudes and work ethic of each employee. There are some nice ones, but many seem todread being there. I?ve been to other McD?s in the area and they love their job. I am guessing finding workers is limited, whichis Understandable. The manager or shift lead Charles is a really nice guy with clear communication. Read more

The line was super long and someone pre opened my kids meal toy. Like they opened it to see what cards were inside?. And one guy... wasn?t even wearing McDonald?s clothing but a Rick and morty shirt. I don?t usually complain but like it made me upset thatsomeone went through the stuff to take what was good. Not to mention my food was cold, and I ate it right after I picked it up?. Read more

This McDonald's has to be the biggest joke...the last 2 times I have come thru the drive thru it has taken 17 minutes+ to get... food. Today the manager didn't even confirm what my food was before giving me a bag of food and I had to correct him and tellhim no you gave me someone else's food. Then I had to tell him multiple times that I didn't get my drink yet.. They are veryclueless you can hear the staff talking rude about other customers or how they don't want to be there at work. The owner of thislocation would probably be better off shutting this down getting a whole new staff. At this point if I'm ever in the area againI would rather get burger king and I hate burger king.
