The best dealership around! My daughter and husband were both in the market for new cars so we had been shopping around at... different places. We saw Subaru had a few on their website that we wanted to check out so we stopped in to see them. We weregreeted by Ken who was great and helped us out. We test drove a few but we weren't sure yet. My daughter had her heart set onone, but she wanted to trade in her car, which she didn't have with at the time. My daughter and I then stopped up a secondtime to get her trade in valued and we were working with Kate, and she was also great and helpful. We got there kind of late sowe had to come back the following night for her to meet with finance. The next night the whole process was smooth and Ken madesure to wrap everything up for us and made it a nice, stress free experience for my daughter. The final step was meeting withNaomi in finance and she was fun and made that process a breeze. The following week my husband spotted another car he might beinterested in there, and we worked with Adam who was helpful and kind. It was about a week later that my husband finallydecided on a car so we went yesterday and finalized the purchase. It was just as smooth as it was with my daughter! We had adifferent salesperson help us (Scott, I believe? I apologize for not remembering! He was right next to Ken's office) and he wasgreat and patient. Our final stop was Josh in finance and he was so personable and kind and made that typically stressful parta piece of cake. We had been in and out of Miller Hill Subaru for the past 3 weeks, as we really wanted to make sure we weremaking the best decision... and every time, every experience, was exactly the same. Everyone treated us with kindness,helpfulness and patience. It was unbelievable. Best dealership experience I've had by far. I ordered my vehicle in June, the process was very smooth and easy. The 'estimated'... delivery date was pretty accurate and I wasn't left in limbo waiting to hear about my car. When the car came in it was less than30 mins from walking in to driving away in the new car. No market adjustments/dealer markups, no mandatory accessories, oranything like that. I've had to wait longer to buy a laptop at Best Buy than it took to buy a car here. Read more

I recently purchased a vehicle from here and I?m very happy with it! I was hesitant at first to shop here because I had a bad... experience a few years ago with a sales person. I was in a bad accident recently and needed a new car. I had been to a coupleother dealerships in town and they did not listen to me or give me good service. But this time around I gave it another shot. Iworked with John Forcier and he was wonderful to work with. I told him about my previous experience and I was very direct withhim about what I was looking for and what I was working with financially. And that I too worked in sales so I understood thebusiness. He was extremely patient and professional with me and actually listened to me and what I was looking for. I alsoworked with Josh in management I apologize I don?t remember his last name but he did the paperwork with me and he was also verypatient and kind and talked me through everything. Overall a great experience purchasing a vehicle! I worked with Jake Cupp and he was both professional and personable. Jake made... every interaction feel like a conversation, not a sale. Great communication and knowledgeable! Every person working at thisdealership that I dealt with during other stages of my process were all extremely helpful and kind, as well. Kate and everyone else at the Miller Hill Subaru are wonderful! Right from the start the experience was welcoming and... non-judgmental. I was really nervous about being scammed or taken advantage of. Instead the team worked with me to find theright car, at the right price. And we did! Kate and her team were very patient in answering all of my questions and layingeverything out on the table. I would highly recommend checking out Miller Hill Subaru for a "one on one" car buying experience.They were very accommodating about my car situation and with out them I would probably still have that junker car in front of myhouse! Great service. They estimated 3 hours for the parts-recall service and oil change, but they finished in about 2 hours. Staff... was super professional and friendly. They saw that my warranty was still valid, so they replaced my cracked windshield wipers aspart of the warranty service for me. They have a nice area to wait at while services are being done, so I was able to zone outand watch movies on my tablet. The time flew by. I will be going back to Mill Hill Subaru for any automotive work I need done. Read more

My son?s Subaru needed an emergent repair so he could then drive four hours for a family emergency. The people at Miller Hill... Subaru went out of their way to find the part, have it delivered there and fixed it within two days so he could get home to bewith family. Highly recommend for any service needs. I live in Brainerd and I normally go to St. Cloud Subaru where I've had excellent service! I was in Duluth for a few days and... needed an oil change. My overall service was good. The person that checked me in was friendly, she explained everything thatwould be included under the 12,000 miles service contract. When I got my car back everything was just fine. I drove home (2+hours) and my car sat overnight. Backing out of my parking spot, I noticed a big oil spot. I checked the oil and it was low. Ihad a mechanic, check my car and the plug was very loose. He was surprised it stayed on for the long drive home. He tightenthe plug and add a quart of oil to my car. This could have been a costly mistake. I left a message for the service manager atMiller Hill Subaru and he did not return my call. I would not recommend Miller Hill Subaru, I?ll stick to St. Cloud Subaruwhere I know the service is excellent! Read more
