Great experience from the moment we walked in, starting with Hannah at the entrance, who was very friendly and helpful, and... Chad, who kept an eye on our table and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was very clean, the buffet wasalways full, and there was a wide variety of pizza, as well as a salad bar and other hot foods. If you?re looking for a fancygourmet restaurant, this is not that place, but if you?re looking for a family restaurant with good food and a friendlyatmosphere, this is a good choice. Read more
My kids love this chain and it fills them up. The server was super friendly and fast to grab everyone's plates. My only... complaint is the Christian music playing. That's the first te that I've even been to a Pizza Ranch or and restaurant that wasplaying that kind of music. It was uncomfortable for me as someone with religious trauma. Read more
Update 8/2022: still great staff, still yummy food, still wish they'd label the pizzas like other locations of the chain do.... Basically or original review still holds: We love Pizza Ranch! This location is cool for the addition of the arcade. The foodis right on with the brand. I was bummed that this location didn't have the signage by the various offerings indicating whatvariety of pizza it was as an example. I'm used to a placard placed with some of the offerings saying as much from other PizzaRanch locations we've been to. The location is a little small too, but not overwhelmingly so. It's new to many folks here soprobably not as popular yet. It's nicely decorated. The staff we encountered did a spectacular job with their customer serviceduties. I only couldn't give it the full five possibly because I got spoiled on their Austin, MN location. My four is more likea 4.9 Read more
Buffet only had 6 different types of pizza. Not the typical buffet with numerous choices. I will stay with Sammy's pizza, might... cost a little more but worth it. Read more

If it weren't for Amanda and Maddie there would have been one star. Those two were great. However, the food was awful. Tables... were dirty as well as the consistent lack of pizza. When I go to a pizza buffet I expect to be able to get pizza! Not wait inline for 20 minutes for ONE pizza to come out that gets taken right away by the people ahead of us.
