OUTSTANDING service. Delicious dessert. Great rolls. EXPENSIVE. Sub par quality for spending $ 110.00 Crab legs just... okay-skinny. Burger-tasted odd. Mac and cheese- Kraft warmed up in microwave. Clam chowder, mostly liquid, a couple pieces ofclam and warmed up in microwave ( caramelized cream hardened on side of bowl). Appetizer seafood stuffed mushrooms-tiny withmostly filler no seafood. The Duluth, MN location on 10/8/2022 in the later evening hours was the best experience I’ve had at a Red Lobster ever and top... 5 for wait staff! Everyone was so nice and attentive, it made for a genuinely great experience. The Lobster is truly what I needto rave about though. I’m not going to lie Lobster has never been a favorite of mine, I realized last night it’s because mysheltered self has never had lobster cooked properly, always been over cooked! It was so buttery smooth and tender… made me abeliever again that this could be a seafood that I would actually really love! Read more
Well, what can be said about red lobster that hasn't already been said? They have great seafood, great steaks and great drinks.... The atmosphere is pleasant and it's a great romantic place to bring a date without having to break the bank. I've only been tothis red lobster a few times but the staff has always been friendly and as long as you plan ahead and make reservations theweight isn't too significant. For the meal you are getting, the price is not bad at all. Read more
Restaurant was not too busy but had to wait 25 min to be seated. The waitress did not bring us anything to drink for about 15 -... 20 min (had to ask the young man who was clearing tables to bring us water). The waitress finally took our order and didn’tquestion how we wanted our food prepared (grilled, blackened etc). We didn’t realize it until we got our food. Ordered amargarita on the rocks with salt on rim. No salt was on the rim what so ever. No straws were given until my husband asked andshe only brought him one instead of us both. The price for the food we received was not fitting for the meal. Fish wasdisgusting (tasted like a boxed frozen meal from grocery store). We will never go back to a Red Lobster due to the absolute poorservice (I don’t know our waitresses name but she was wearing a boot on one foot) as well as the poor quality of food. Our meal was excellent. I have never had a bad meal here. We got seated fairly fast. Our food came out quickly and it was... awesome. It doesn't matter if you spend a little or a lot it's all good food for the price. Read more
We visited after our wedding on 7/21/22 as we had a phenomenal experience here the week before as we tried to decide on places... to have a small get together after our intimate ceremony. The waitress tried. She definitely did. The biscuits weren't cookedfully and were still dough in spots. The lobster tank was empty and that changed my father's order as he was looking forward tothat aspect of dining in. Our waitress did her best and was the best part of our dining service. The week prior a manager camearound and talked to tables but we didn't see that this time around which was needed. When my food came plates, my lobster tailin the ultimate feast was buried under breaded shrimp which I found to be odd. We really do love this spot usually but this tripwas definitely a 1 star visit. The waitress by herself brought this up to two stars but man, we were disappointed on our specialday all around. Read more
Delicious food. Had to wait for a table even tho 2/3 of the restaurant was empty! Must be short staffed. Our waitress was... awesome. Great choice for my birthday! Left so full, glad we had to walk back to the hotel across the lift bridge to burn somecalories haha Read more
We went with a party of 4 adults. We got the coconut shrimp to start, they're fresh and flavorful. The dip is sweet which pairs... with the coconut. 9.5/10 the only complaint was there wasn't more. The biscuits were a 8.5/10, everyone couldn't get enough ofthem. Very tasty, and they keep on coming. The salad was solid and was ordered with the steak. And potatoes. Both were a 8/10,the steak was pale looking but good and the potatoes were slightly under seasoned. The fish and chips were a 7/10, the batterwas thick, fish was a little tough/rubbery, but had decent flavor. Fries were good. The shrimp Alfredo was saucey, andflavorful. 8.5/10 I got the shrimp and steak, and asked for the coconut shrimp dip. The plain shrimp also paired well with thedip! Very well. (I don't like horseradish so I didn't want to use the sea food dip that came with the shrimp). The shrimp waswell cooked not rubbery or fishy tasting. The steak was unfortunately undercooked (I asked for well done and got medium rare) Icut the steak into a few pieces and took one to try and.. Didn't get the pieces that were cut back from the kitchen after theycooked my steak more. :( that being said the steak was cooked perfectly the second time and was very flavorful. Over all thefood was a 8/10 but the steak being under cooked and missing out on some pieces that got lost in transit was a bit of abummer. The service was good, very friendly staff and the restaurant was clean. The overall experience I'd give red lobster a7.5/10 Read more
