I?m a frequent flyer at this particular location. The service is nearly impeccable at every visit. Staff is always attentive and... thorough. They get incredibly busy, but continue to ROCK out their tasks. Super impressed by them and their ability to keep upeven when understaffed. Keep crushing it! This team deserves some recognition. The parking is horrible, biggest issue with this place. Would like to go inside to actually see products for sale but it's rare... for me just because the parking is cramped and almost always full when I happen to go. Read more

This review has nothing to do with staff or service because they are absolute perfection! Love this store! But if this can get... to some higher part of the company, please send it. The Blonde Espresso machine is constantly down to the point that I thinkthey need a new machine. It is obviously popular and it is down multiple times a week. Please fix it!!! Read more
Awesome customer service! I walked over in a mild blizzard from the hotel next door to get, what I knew would be, a much better... cup of coffee. My go to is usually a small business coffee shop, but I was desperate. The staff was very warm and inviting.Kimberli is an employee there, she was incredibly kind and even went above and beyond to not only get me some chocolate coffeebeans, but to engage me in conversation.
