I usually love Taco John's, but today the food was quite disappointing .... Especially the churro's, which were so over-cooked... the we couldn't even eat them. Also, the drinks that we got with our meal was "watered down". This visit was a mess. I wanted to use reward points for a free burrito, and the "Tattoo Guy"...on his name tag, royally messed... up my order. He asked if I wanted a combo meal, then tells me I can't use the reward in a combo. Ok, no biggie, but why did heask me? Then asks if I want to break up the items. Ok, again. I get to the window and he charges me and never gives me my freereward item, essentially charging me for each full price item, rather than a combo meal...no free burrito. I go inside for arefund and he gets super rude for asking for my money back for the free burrito. Yes I would love to pay extra for items. He wasrude to his coworkers, as well. Read more
They don't have crunchy chicken anymore. Service was great, the guy in the window was really nice. Food was tasty.

This place should be PACKED! The restaurant is very clean, the food is tastier than most Taco John's, and the guys were all so... friendly and fun! I highly recommend the super burrito and crispy tacos. Thanks for a great experience. Read more

I usually love taco John... we had ordered extra sour cream and guacamole and when we got to the window after paying we noticed... we didn't get the extra side of guacamole and then she said we'll she could ring it up again but didn't apologize for theinconvenience... but honestly what's the point in paying for a small side of guacamole? I also have noticed they have been verycheap on putting sour cream an guacamole on the super nachos lately its literally like a small size of a dime for both even whenyou ask for extra...an all these chips for a little bit of meat I'm not sure what's going on but I think for now I'll just stickto tacos instead of my favorite super nacho.....
