This is a famous breakfast place in Duluth. I first visited this place in 2014 and I still visit this place whenever I am in... Duluth. The staff are super friendly and this place will be extremely busy during the college year, you might have to stand inthe line for seating unless you come here early in the morning. We've been here before and they never disappoint! Fast, friendly service and delicious home cooked food! We had the pancakes (if... you are looking for a side of pancakes just order one, they are huge) that were fluffy, soft and delicious! The homemadecinnamon syrup gives them a cinnamon roll taste. We also ordered biscuits and gravy.. fluffy, moist biscuits and a flavorfulsausage gravy on top. We were in and out in 35 minutes as we had to get to work, so that was also a bonus! Arrived on a Saturday morning and the place was busy, as expected, and we were able to get seated quickly. The service was was... speedy and our servers were really nice and very attentive. Food came out fairly quick and it was hot. Taco omelet was way overcooked and quite bland, the pancakes were very good, wife's Louis scrambler was just ok but she liked the French toast. Thechoice of syrup was good and we liked the home made cinnamon and the blueberry. Overall I would revisit in the future. Read more
Our first time to Uncle Loui's Cafe, so grateful we came here. The food is awesome, their hash browns were delicious and the... French toast was out of this world and I used their homemade cinnamon syrup And my vegetable omelette was very good as well.
