Bad attitudes. Poor service. We ordered 2 McFlurries (separate orders). The cashier put ice cream in a cup, put the lid on, and... the m&m's on top and did not use the mixing machine. When they handed the cup, the lid was not attached so the m&m's spilled tothe floor. The cashier watched it happen and said nothing and did not offer to help clean up or replace the m&m's. I had to askfor the 2nd cup to be made, because the cashier marked both orders complete after only making one. This time I asked them to mixthe cup, and she looked directly at the mixing machine behind her then said "we don't do that". Read more
Sometimes it?s no trouble going to get some food from here but usually the food just don?t be worth it. McDonald?s doesn?t taste... how it use to taste. Fries be old soggy salt less or too salty. The burgers just taste plain or salty ? The staff clears ordersoff the screen waaaay before they serve the orders that?s why most times they don?t know what to pass out the window. I hadn't had any breakfast from McDonald's in so many years and I really used to love their big breakfast! So I ordered one..but... to my surprise the hotcakes was extra to be added to the meal???? hmmm..that's a new one to my surprise ????..but overall Ireally enjoyed the breakfast! Read more
The cashier that took your money was nice and polite but when you get to the window to pick up your order they just handed it to... you and shut the window and then you find that your crispy chicken sandwich has only pickles and cheese no dressing of anykind.. gave the crispy chicken sandwich here one more try. This time it was burnt, the bread was burnt. don't waste yourmoney!Oh, and you have to look for the chicken on the sandwich. you can't see it for the bun. definitely does not look like it'spicture! Can I take that star back please? My family stopped in Dumas, AR (store number, 10180) while on a road trip. Not only was the... store filthy, the customer service was on the level of a landfill. We was immediately told that we could only have nuggets ormcchicken, while two employees threatened to walk out and that the manager "could have this stupid stove and store". Whilstdining on our nuggets that were over cooked, mind you they were hard enough to be considered deadly weapons in most states.Three employees walked out during our visit, agreeing with others still on shift that they could leave the store dirty tilltomorrow, in some form of revenge. The most friendly happy McDonald's we have ever been to. Service was fabulous. There was joy in this building!
