As the store manager of a local parts store I was treating my crew to lunch. I called in the order and it arrived Luke warm and... there was no untensils or dipping sauce for the cheesey bread there was also hair baked into the food. I called and spoke withthe manager and He hung up on me. I went down in person and he called the police on me. Frankly saying he didn't care. 1 star isway to generous for this location. This manager should be fired. I will tell everyone I know about this incident and I know alot of people. Read more
I ordered pasta for delivery it was a mess. At least I don?t recommend delivery for pasta from here.
We ordered from this location at 6:30 then by 3 1/2 hours go by and nothing we tried calling from multiple phones over and over... again and they would just hang up on us or put us on hold but no one would answer we planned on tipping the driver but no oneever came or answered. We are loyal customers and love Pizza Hut but we won?t ever order from here again. Read more
The pizza was way undercooked. They asked us to bring the pizza back and would not remake it until they saw the undercooked... pizza first. That is two trips back to the store and the 20 min wait time for the new pizza to be made and cooked right. All atour expense. They cited it was the new managers "policy". When I spoke to the manager on the phone he wasn't willing to make itright. Except remake the pizza. All while our other pizza was at home getting cold. He then had the audacity to hang up on me. Iget people try to take advantage of the situations like this, but when they were in the wrong all they had to say was "that'sall I can do." They took no accountability. There was no apology or credit. Just what they should have done the first time. Theyeven undercooked the remade pizza and had to throw it back in the oven. We will never use this location again. We ordered two large pizzas! One hand tossed, one pan! We did not get our pan that cost us extra! We gthree toppings, two meat... and a vegetable! We did not get one of the meat on either pizza! Then we had to pay more for the cheese sticks because they wereout of regular sticks! The taste for what we got, was good!
