good food , TERRIBLE SERIVCE!! when I stop by in the mornings the drive thru girl is EXTREMELY rude! She sounds so mad at the... speaker annoyed that we are there and tells me to drive up VERY rudely! at the window she is even more rude , and if I ask forextra condiments it's a very big deal to her she gets an even bigger attitude! The cookie bits were not stirred in to my Sonic Blast. Also, I had paid extra for caramel and whipped topping, but it was not... provided. I was disappointed to not get what I ordered and paid for. Read more
For being a drink specialty place.....they ignore simple request such as ice levels for the drink. Some say it doesn't make a... difference, some do think it does, your job is to do it as requested. Read the order, then fulfill that order correctly. Read more
Very disappointed in this visit the .speaker was jumbled was hard to place my order. The parking area was so dirty.screen... wouldn't let me tip .poor kid retried so hard and Couldn't even tip him. Had to ask for ketchup and sweetener for my tea. But myfood was great. Read more
I ordered a chicken club toaster meal which was over 10 dollars to get a piece of a tiny piece of chicken that?s super breaded... and doesn?t even cover half of the bread very disappointed and it ain?t the first time their chicken tenders are always so old novercooked it?s a joke sonic used to be one of my favorites places not anymore since all I?ve had over and over are badexperiences common guys you could do better for the prices you guys charge smh! I went to a stall to order. They gave me a burnt corn dog and the fries were as old as I am! They are friendly so I gave them 1... star. Clearly they are not held up to national sonic standards. I will probably go back because it?s the only one here and Ilike their happy hour drink prices, other than that nope!!! Went again 12/29 to give it a try and my tots were burnt and greasylike old grease taste.My chili cheese dog was cold and cheese was not melted. I will not be returning until new management ishired.
