Love it. Staff was polite. Good was amazing. Restaurant was empty, which me and my girl liked.
This CalTort was just a bit sad.... The facility was decent and the staff of 1 got the job done efficiently, but it definitely... lacked in enthusiasm. I remember visiting the OG CalTort in Bethesda, MD and Pams energy was what made the store shine throughthe food experience. Need some mojo. Read more
Love the food but biggest down side is the service. First they are not very talkative or welcoming but the biggest issue for me... is that we went in at 7:40pm on a Sunday (20 minutes before they close) and they already packed up most of the food for the day.They only had two meat options out and almost no extras. If you want more business don?t start breaking down the food more than20 minutes before closing time. Read more
Visited one day for lunch. Two employees at the time but one appeared new. I enjoyed my chicken bowl and will return... again. Clean. Store appears new/recently open. Parking can be crazy since it's a little tight with all the businesses. The foodwas good. Read more
Terrible experience. Worker started making two bowls for us without even asking what we wanted. We told him we needed a minute... to order while he put rice into the bowls. We then told him we wanted a quesadilla and a burrito. He told us we ordered twobowls??? So confused and wondering why he was telling us we ordered a bowl when we didn?t. He acted like we were in the wrong.My husband reluctantly accepted a bowl because the rice was already in it and didn?t want the rice to be thrown away. He askedfor steak but the worker started putting chicken in it. We came to have a simple meal that is mostly pre made and had the worstexperience. My quesadilla came out watery and inedible (see pics). We both didn?t finish our meals because of how terrible itwas. While we were eating, the worker proceeded to take a phone call on his personal phone while walking around the food andtalking very loudly. We normally do not write reviews, but please avoid this place. There?s plenty of better choices in theplaza (which we regret not going to). Read more
Workers Wearing headphones and not listening, and the food is atrocious. For example the ?steak? in my burrito I had to pull out... every piece and throw it in the trash because it felt like I was eating rubber. Single-handedly the worst food I?ve everreceived from a restaurant. The only reason it?s 2 stars in stead of 1 is because there one absolutely no one else in there andI didn?t have to wait. Read more
Had dinner there tonight and was not impressed. After ordering our food we waited at least 10-15 minutes before it was served...... we ordered a vegan burrito for our son but it came out with sour cream on it. The chips were stale. I also have a veganburrito and it was only so-so. All of the portions were very small in comparison with a place like Chipotle. Compared withChipotle prices and the size of servings, this place was not a good value at all. When you add in the atmosphere and the waittime, this was a poor dining experience. Read more
Never again. The service was really rude she made my salad like a soup salad. She looked like the manager. Not sure what time... they opened but they didn?t refill the drinks or paper towels. Read more
