I have dined at this restaurant dozens of times over the past couple of months and I keep coming back for more. I have never... had a less than 5 star experience here. The interior is very aesthetic and clean with an atmosphere that plays to both aromantic experience and for larger gatherings. The restaurant is family owned and operated and the employees are very friendlyand provide excellent service. Every dish I have ordered here has been delicious and is reasonably priced. I personally have adifficult time ordering anything other than the sushi with an appetizer and dessert. But my wife has tried most of the otherdishes, which I have tasted as well, and we have found them delicious. And Peter certainly is very artistic with hispresentation of each dish. If you are looking for a restaurant that has atmosphere, good service, delicious food, and reasonableprices, good luck finding any place better than Fo Japanese Bistro. It is so awesome having a real Japanese Restaurant in the area. The atmosphere is cozy but not cramped. I never enjoyed sushi as... much as I have here. It is fresh and has great flavor. The menu updates regularly and new selections come around it seemsmonthly, but there is a good variety. This place has fast become a family favorite for my family and I. Its fun to orderdifferent items and share different types of sushi rolls. The staff are friendly and attentive. While its a bit pricey, its wellworth the fresh food. Can't wait to go back next week! Stopped on for lunch right after opening on a Saturday afternoon. I had the Salmon Lovers meal which also came with miso soup... and a ginger salad. It was all delicious!! Read more

Under new ownership, and food is different from before, in my opinion. For example the Pan fried Goyza apparently is no longer... an option. Only steamed, which I feel tastes similar to the type in the frozen section at the grocery store. Also, liquorlicense is pending, so no alcohol can be served with your meal at present.
