Always mess up my order large fries means large not extra small

They mess up my order all the time...act like its an inconvenience to correct. Then speak rudely in Spanish about it like the... majority of the population in america doesn't at the very least understand some Spanish....theyre also more expensive then theone almost at the intersection of 234 and main st. Take to long to get a coffee when you pre-order and paid on the app
Let me down there service is usually fast and organized but I waited 32 minutes for a QPC and 2 pies which they only had one of... the one I wanted. They looked like they didn?t know what they were doing and wasn?t reimbursed or compensated for my long waitat a fast food establishment. Read more
They were super busy. We went right before closing time. So sorry we thought you guys were open until midnight. But you guys... were so nice from the gentleman that took our order to the young lady that handed us our food. She even handed us lots of sweetand sour. You guys were great. The fries were super fresh and the chicken nuggets were actually cooked right. Thank you for allof your hard work. Read more
This particular McDonald's seems to be consistently bad. Especially when ordering from food delivery apps. I ordered 4 different... meals ALL without pickles and pickles were on everything. They also forgot one of my meals entirely and didn't include a toy inanother. It's almost so bad that it can't be on accident. Read more
Worst McDonalds of Prince William County. Out of the 10 Mcdonalds in the county this gets the gold medal for worst fast food... restaurant. One of my biggest pet peeves is slow service through the drive-thru or inside, especially when there's only 2 carsin line ahead of you. Let's say this, I placed my order after waiting 5 minutes for the vehicle in front of me to order. Here'sthe kicker, they had 2 lanes for ordering, I picked the wrong one because 2 other people ended up passing me in line. Orderingby numbers doesn't make it any easier here since the person taking my order heard a number 7 value meal instead of a number 3. Iknow I mumble but seven and three are no way similar! I am glad I asked the pleasant girl to go over my order before moving intothe payment and pickup process. Once we corrected the mistakes and I only ordered a #3 value meal! Anyway, like I said, I am inthe payment/pickup phase with 2 cars ahead of me. After 5 minutes, we were down to one car ahead. Ten minutes later we're stillwaiting for the McDs employees to give the car in front of me their order. The people in line behind me were restless toobecause two other customers laid on the horn to show their discuss with customer service. I had enough, and pulled out of linebefore paying for my food. This is the second time I have left this McDonalds due to poor service. Please note, there were nocustomers inside. Maybe some of the employees robbed the till and were over at Rosie's slot machines. Ridiculous! that aMcDonalds with at least 5 employees can't handle orders faster than 1 every 15 minutes. Won't be back, should have waited to getthe McDonalds out near Mapledale plaza. Read more
