High prices for mediocre quality food. I come in to order, I do the paying, waiting, standing around, have to get my own drink... and I often receive the wrong order. Why are you asking for TIPS? The only complaint I have about Panera is the tiny salad portions compared to the big price and big bowl they come in. It's like... side salad portion with entrée size price tag. I mainly get soup and baked goods, with the occasional sandwich. So my go-toitems are always good. Read more

This is the ?half? sandwich I was given when I made my order. It has more lettuce than actual meat. The used one slice that... appears to be cut with their hands instead of a knife. This is a horrible experience I had with this place. And it?s not eventhe right chicken salad they give. I wish they had taken their time to make it. If they didn?t have it or didn?t want to makeit. Panera is a consistently good place to eat. Bakery items are always fresh and tasty. Lunch menu items are also really good, and... available pretty quick. They have a selection of coffees and teas that should please everyone, and this location has indoor andoutdoor seating available. The staff is very polite, and patient. What more could you ask for? I hate leaving negative reviews but this is my local Panera and there?s not a convenient way to give written feedback on the... app. I don?t want the food credit the app gives, I just want accurate orders. ???? After the last 4 orders not being incorrect(literally writing this at the store after I had to drive back because I got a sandwich with some type of ?beef? instead ofchicken)? I?m disappointed. This location used to be great and the team members are always friendly. This leaves me to wonder ifthe leadership is properly training or supporting the team that actually makes the food. For a reference, I typically orderPanera at this location about once a week. Sometimes it?s small errors (like type of chicken, or missing tomato?s, etc), butthis is the second time I have had to drive back this month because of an inaccurate order.
