The customer service was great. The pizza on the other hand not so great..
Pizza was excellent and delivery was fast - but we were not happy overall. We ordered from Papa Johns because of a 50% off promo... code. When we put in the code, it said "success" and said we'd get 50% off all regular priced items. We bought 3 1-item pizzasat regular price... and they ended up charging us full price for everything. Will never order from here again. The food was a little cold when I got it and the wings were disgusting. I always order from... Dominos or Pizza Hut but of course Pizza Hut closed down and The dominos I order from doesn?t do delivery right now so this wasmy only option. This place could do better really a waste of money. I just had thee worse customer service experience of my life!! Apparently one of their ovens went out which caused a TWO HOUR... backup on Orders, and the woman (or should I say beast because that?s what she acted like) that answered the phone had the nerveto give me the worse attitude. At no point did she apologize or even sound remorseful for the issue. She acted as tho I wasbothering her. No attempt to compensate me for the inconvenience with even a 10% coupon. I definitely plan to call back to speakwith her manager because I?m sure they don?t want their business represented like that. Read more
It has been the best customer service that I got from Adrian (store manager) from the Drumfries store. He talk to me in a very... professional manner and he could tell that I had ordered from another Papa Johns location and they let me waiting and nevertold me they don?t deliver to this area, they never call me either, and when I called to the original place 2 hrs later of beingwaiting asking for my pizza they say nothing that they can do only give me their apology. I called the Dumfries location andAdrian went the extra mile!!! I highly recommend Dumfries Papa Johns. They have an extraordinary customer service ever!!! Read more
The worse customer service you can ever receive. Placed an order for delivery. the person who took the order, could be the world... most slowest human being. He said the order should be ready in 40/50 minutes. called them after an hour and 20 minutes a ladycam up on the phone said the order is ready and waiting for the driver!!!
