$30 order was completely wrong this morning... 3 sausage only breakfast sandwiches were ordered. Got home and they slapped egg... on all 3. Ordered 3 chocolate croissants. The worst Starbucks in Dumfries. Every drink is watered down and tastes like it is missing the amount of syrups or flavors... required to make the drink properly. Other locations in the area make it correctly but if you want water with a splash of tea orcoffee and if you get dairy when you ordered with coconut milk this is the place for you. Repeatedly get frappes that are morelike slushies because they are almost all ice an no milk! And the drive thru is almost always a long wait. Employees are alwaysgoofing around, swearing and not paying attention to orders. Repeatedly getting dairy when I ask for non-dairy though, because Ihave a milk allergy, will get this place shut down and shows their carelessness. Read more

Drive thru 9:19 am .. They forget my drink , I call , they say come back ? the line is around the building and I?m on my way to... work so I can?t be late and gas prices? Turn around? Will you pay for my gas and my 20$ breakfast that?s now coke and no longerpaired with my drink cause you didn?t give it to me? Well I got off work and went back bout 5:40 .. all the lady was willing todo was make the drink I paid for and give it to me , lady bring manager in shift , this Caucasian lady long brown hair .. shewas NOT friendly nor apologetic , didn?t offer to replace any of the cold food that through out nor to buy my breakfast tomorrownor the gas money to come back ! Solid staff, they will always acknowledge and greet you. Holds up to standard starbucks expectations of the product. Only real... complaint is the physical location of the starbucks. Getting in and out and parking can be a real headache depending on thevolume of traffic/time of day. Read more
