Had a latte from this location and it was made just right. I like that they usually keep more items in stock longer than the... other locations in the area. I usually grab my items earlier in the day though before they might run out. Read more

Store manager (tall blond woman) is just plain awful. She is moody and rude to customers. As I ordered my Grande Cappuccino she... just kept rolling her eyes and refused to follow instructions (like adding extra hot water). Another barista saw what washappening and asked if she could take over my order to what the store manager refused. In the end I got my coffee prepared tothe store manager?s liking. I requested a refund but the store manager refused. I can?t understand how Can she work in the foodindustry, she is usually smoking and never washes her hands whenever she comes back to prepare drinks. I will be taking mybusiness elsewhere. Read more
Was stopping through for my usual venti iced caramel brûlée latte on my way back home to NC - Philadelphia where I work for... the weekend around 1030am and this was one of THE BEST LATTES I?ve ever had !! Easy access off the highway friendly service! Ihave only ever gave one other Starbucks all 5 stars but I had to pull over with 5 hours left on my drive to give these guys a 5star review!!! Read more
I frequently go to the Fortuna Starbuckd and to the one at Cheshire Station. Huge difference. Fortuna Starbucks lattes taste... burnt more often than not and their white hot chocolate was too watered down. However, at Chesire their Lattes have never tastedburnt and we've never had a reason to get an item remade. The Starbucks on Fortuna are very good about making a replacementdrink. Read more

I don?t think I have ever been to this Starbucks where the wait time was not well over 15 minutes for a simple beverage. My... family always gives me Starbucks gift cards and I NEVER get to use them because the wait is always so long! I?m going on twentyminutes now still nothing. Smh. Read more
