Yeah, ok. So this is a fast food place that sells wings. But that's what I wanted and needed it to go. So I placed my order... online and drove over. Wow! They were very busy! The delivery orders were headed out the door and the take out orders werepiling up! There were several guys working in the kitchen and we're on a roll. I let the front know I had an order for take outand gave my name and told them I know I'm early and would be glad to wait. While I was waiting they brought my drink cups and acarrier out to me so I could get them filled and ready to go. After an understandable but easily acceptable wait, my order wasready and was complete. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty! Excellent flavors, and, there was no skimping on the spices andsauces. The fries were great, with regular and plank style mixed together. Let's be clear: This is fast food and these peoplewere working hard to earn their paychecks. It can get tough when there's not a lot of thanks for that work. Thank you for thefood today. I appreciated you doing the cooking for me. You did a great job and I wanted to make sure you knew that. This is by far the worst wing stop I have ever been to. As a door dasher, wing stop is a place that is frequently visited and... they all seem to have the same types of problems? terrible customer service, (the employees almost always seem to be in badmoods), slow order processing and disgusting locations. My thoughts are that management is to blame, but hey, it might just bea corporate thing. Why anyone continues to buy from places like these is a mystery I don?t think will ever be solved until theyare out of business or they hire new staffs? Read more
On 0801 at approx 730 pm placed an order for 30 wings on the wing-stop app from Jefferson Davis Highway Dumfries VA. When my... order came i only got 20. I cAlled the store and attempted yo express my dissatisfaction with my delivery. The manager then hang up on me. Such rude service. Each time i visit this store in person the staff is always unprofessional, outside dancing,running around like children. Its ridiculous. Who is in charge? Called and ask to speak to the manager and he again hang thephone up on me. How rude.. Read more

The workers here are lazy and rude. Asked for extra seasoning due to my previous order having absolutely no seasoning on the... wings(even the lemon pepper ones) and was told I had to pay extra for that which I did. To make matters worse there was a wingmixed in with my lemon pepper wings that already had some kind of red sauce on it and they just sprinkled lemon pepper seasoningon top of it. Talk about disgusting. The service and quality of the food here has really went downhill especially for theirprices. I get better service at the little Caesar?s next door. Ordered the small combo with drink & Fries & did not receive my Fries. Restaurant was closed so I could not call but will call... when they open & the chicken was so salty I only ate one & trashed the rest. I will pass from eating here again. Read more
