We used to love Averill Creek for years but not any more. The wine becomes worse and worse. During our the last ever visit we... tried the red Prevost 2017 and Charme De L'ile (no year on label) sparkling $28 per bottle. Prevost had a promising intensecolor but the taste doesn't have any signs of grapes. It is an awful beverage made from something but grapes. I feel a deeptaste of blackberry though. I didn't risk to buy more expensive reds as I had a strong doubts of their quality either. The redsof Averill Creek seem to be all fake. It remains on their conscience from what ingredients and how they make those drinks. Itisn't the wine for sure. The sparkling one wasn't bright too regardless the high price. The first taste had nothing but strongyeast. It is extremely high carbon dioxided. It becomes more or less drinkable after breathing for 10-15 minutes. This sparkingis much worse the cheapest ones you can find in Liquor Stores. Read more
Went here for Father’s Day and had a wonderful experience and just had to give a review. The special Father’s Day smash... burgers were top notch, better then most restaurants I’ve been to that have it as a regular menu item! We ordered one for mykids to share and they cut it and served it on two separate plates for them without us even asking! Amazing! They also hadoutdoor games that my kids played (corn hole and ring toss) and the staff were even playing with our kids giving me and myhusband an opportunity to sit and take a quick break and enjoy the delicious wine! We will definitely be back and will berecommending Averill Creek to everyone! 10/10! Read more

This is the first winery we tried, and they ruined it for the rest of them, for many reasons. Lovely tasting room, staff were... very knowledgeable and seemed genuinely happy to talk shop, but mostly, the quality of the wines impressed us immensely. Wedecided to visit here after trying their sparkling wine at a restaurant in Victoria. Everything we tried, two whites, a roséand two reds, were great. I love the fact that they are not tied down by AOCs and aren't afraid of thinking out of the box.Malolactic fermentation, aging on the skins, little to no sulfites, etc. And they do it extremely well. A beautiful patio. We enjoyed a Sunday afternoon wine tasting. We were offered five different varieties of flights. Averill... Creek Vineyard offers some appetizers. Overall this is a lovely experience with friends or partner to enjoy the paring ofcountry and wine. Read more
