I went in this evening for a quick bite to eat after a long day. There were 4 staff members behind the counter chatting (and... complaining about a previous customer). Instead of warming both the wrap and pepperoni stick at the same time, they did one andthen the other (not sure why but seemed they forgot about the wrap). As I?m waiting, I heard one employee say ?whatcha waitingfor, whatcha waiting for? pretty aggressively and very casually. I thought she was joking with a coworker, not addressing me, acustomer. The pepperoni stick didn?t come with the dip I always get with it. And they gave me the wrong wrap. I had alreadywaited longer than usual for the wrap. When I said I ordered the chicken wrap she asked ?are you sure? as though not believingme..? Yes, I?m sure. I hate eggs so I wouldn?t have ordered the breakfast wrap. One employee offered to make what I had orderedbut said ?it?s frozen so it will take a while?. Someone was waiting for me so I couldn?t wait for them to defrost what I hadordered. Why have the sign out if they?re not ready to warm? I should have been offered a refund. I gave the egg wrap to myfriend who got violently ill from it. I doubt it was warmed through, despite them taking a long time to do so. This used to be agood place? Won?t be back. Read more

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, to men. I ordered a coffee and a muffin was not asked to stay or go, butter... no butter. When I was putting milk in my coffee I asked the lady at the counter if I could have butter and a knife. She handedme a knife and fork, I asked for butter and she said with edge, ?I?m thinking about all the drinks I need to make?. I thought tomyself Really? I?m thinking about the tip I was just forced into giving on your interac machine. Entitlement. I then stayed andwatched her chat up every male customer that came through. Harsh. Coffee was mediocre, muffin was great. Read more

Good food, with reasonable prices! For 2 drinks, and 2 savoury pastry?s our bill was just over $20. They however lost a star... for how incredibly hot the beverages were, not sure they need to be scolding hot. Read more
