These homemade sandwiches are so good! Quality tasting ingredients with home made feel good flavour. I got the Gibby?s Starter... which is on a cheese scone with yummy ham and cheese. I always love going to Gibby's since they've opened. It's such a warm, friendly, welcoming atmosphere with incredible helpful... staff. I just got their creamy vegetable soup and chicken ceaser wrap and my mind is blown. I recommend everyone to go, youwon't be disappointed. Read more
I went here while I was on a hike on the Cowichan Valley Trail and I took my aunt and uncle here to get some lunch, I had some... chicken strips and fries and Gibby's Cafe hasn't lost it's touch for really good taste when it comes to making good food,especially when it's homemade. I used to eat at Gibby's when I used to go to Cowichan Secondary and when they were at VIU.
