Need to pre order at least 25 mins ahead, even though they have 5-6 people working?
Modern Cafe style with friendly staff. The store was busy and service was fast. Tables available to sit inside and visit with... friends. The store was fairly clean but tables could have been wiped down periodically. Management on site unpacking stock whileabout 4 or 5 staff members served customers. 6 people working. 1 person actually hustling behind the counter. 2 ordinary coffees ordered. 10 minutes later coffee delivered... with flippant 'have a nice day'. Shutter the place and put in a coffee vending machine. Read more
I arrived there at 3PM on a Tuesday and ordered the chocolate cream cold brew. Queue was fast and I enjoyed the drink!
This used to be our favorite spot but the last experience left a lot to be desired. After waiting patiently for over 30 minutes,... the shorter blond female accused someone of stealing our drink, when in fact it wasn't made. The man behind us waited andeventually realized one of the drinks was his, not hearing his name. Anyways the point is, if you mess up just say sorry andrectify the situation. Never blame another person for stealing it or give attitude to the customer. I get it customer service ishard but treating people badly doesn't help; we were super nice about it, we walked up and let them know; it didn't have to belike that. The maker of the drinks, she made them perfectly, product was on point, many thanks to you, darker haired female, orpossibly taller blond female who came from break. Read more
In my experience, quite some time ago I've had terrible service(s) haven't gone in some time.e after that. But recent times I've... gone in I've had excellent services ???? It's at a very convenient place in town, walking distances from certian work places ofwhere some might work close To, it's definitely close to home. A variety of drinks to choose from, a selection of snacks aswell. I have family and friends are always going in to either of 3-4 locations in our small town. I'd recommend this to otherfamily and friends if they want something new. Read more
